This disclaimer applies to econiqmethod.com and every Econiq Method course, assessment, workbook, newsletter, and communication. It forms part of our Terms of Service. Please read it before enrolling.
Econiq Method is education. Nothing we publish or teach is investment advice, a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any property, security, or interest, an offer or solicitation of any investment, or legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice.
Econiq Systems LLC is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or real estate brokerage, and is not acting as your fiduciary, adviser, or agent. No client, advisory, or fiduciary relationship is created by enrolling, reading, or corresponding with us.
The operator track record described on this site — amounts acquired, units operated, capital raised, and specific transactions — describes the prior activity of the founder as a multifamily operator. It is not a performance record of the Econiq Method program and is not a representation of results any student should expect.
The Econiq Method framework was developed between late 2025 and mid 2026. It was not used to make any of the acquisition, operating, or disposition decisions described in that record.
We make no promise, projection, guarantee, or implication of any financial result. Past activity does not indicate future outcomes. Nothing in this curriculum will prevent losses, and some assets described in our own history did not perform as intended.
Econiq Method teaches that the sequence in which market indicators move is observable and has recurred across documented history. It does not claim that the timing, duration, or severity of any phase can be predicted. Any phase read we publish is an opinion at a point in time based on information then available — not a forecast, and not a basis on which to transact without your own diligence.
The Cycle Score measures familiarity with the Econiq Method framework. It does not measure investment skill, operating competence, creditworthiness, or likely returns, and it is not a professional or psychometric evaluation. Results are for your own reflection.
ECF, ECCA and CMCS certify completion of curriculum. They are not accredited or recognised by any governmental, academic, professional, or industry body, and confer no licence, designation, or qualification to practise.
Market data referenced in our curriculum, newsletters, or software is drawn from third-party sources believed reliable but not independently verified. It may be indicative, delayed, revised, incomplete, or superseded. Screenshots of software reflect a point in time. Always verify against primary sources before acting.
Discussion of market conditions, phases, or expected sequences constitutes forward-looking commentary subject to risks and uncertainties. Actual outcomes may differ materially. We undertake no obligation to update prior commentary, and published phase reads remain posted as originally written.
Any student comments we publish reflect that individual's experience and are not representative of typical results. Individual outcomes depend on market conditions, capital, experience, execution, and factors outside our control or influence.
Every investment and operating decision is yours alone. Consult your own attorney, CPA, and licensed advisers, and conduct your own diligence, before acting on anything you learn from us.
